UV Stable epoxy resin and hardener

UV stable epoxy resin is  two components, modified, low viscosity epoxy system for clear casting and lamination application. The system is clear, having excellent optical properties with negligible shrinkage on curing. Faster productivity can be achieved, if curing is performed at higher temperature near to 40°C.

1. Mixing Ratio (R:H) Pbw  3 : 1

2. Mix Viscosity at 25ºC mPas:  500-800

3. Pot life 100 gm at 25ºC Minutes: 300-370

4. Peak exotherm temperature °C: Max 55

5. Hardness Shore D:  75-80 Tg, RT curing, 24 hrs
